How Does Treatment Work?
Once your child’s teeth are fully cleaned, and a children’s dentist has examined their smile, you can request that a fluoride treatment be administered before leaving.
During this process, which takes only a few minutes, our team will use a small brush applicator to apply the fluoride to the surfaces of your child’s teeth. Allowing the topical application to dry, you and your child will be cleared to leave and resume normal activity.
Aftercare Instructions
After your child receives a fluoride treatment, you will need to make sure their teeth and gums remain healthy at home, in-between appointment. Just because this extra varnish is applied doesn’t mean it will not wear off with time.
