At Blackwell Dentistry, Dr. Neale is proud to have the ongoing support of such a capable, experienced, and friendly staff! Everyone brings their unique skills and passions to the practice while sharing the same goal of providing personalized, community-driven patient care. Jordan, Office Manager

Jordan is the Office Manager at Blackwell Dentistry and has been part of the team since 2017. Originally born and raised in Michigan, Jordan moved to Oklahoma in 2016 and quickly fell in love with the area—although the Michigan summers and beautiful fall colors are still missed.

Her favorite part of her role is building relationships with patients and supporting the team to keep everything running smoothly so they can provide the highest level of care.

Outside of the office, you can usually find Jordan on the golf course, traveling, attending concerts or sporting events, enjoying game nights with family and friends, or relaxing with a good book.

Jessica, Receptionist

Jessica serves as our Insurance Coordinator and Orthodontic Assistant at Blackwell Dentistry. She grew up in Blackwell and is a graduate of Blackwell High School and Northern Oklahoma College.

Jessica has been part of the Blackwell Dentistry team for seven years. Her favorite aspect of her work is caring for her orthodontic patients, building meaningful relationships with them and watching their beautiful smiles transform throughout treatment.

She is also a graduate of the 2025-2026 Blackwell Leadership Class, where she enjoyed learning more about her community and deepening her connection to Blackwell.

Jessica and her husband, Daniel, live in Tonkawa and are the proud parents of three children. She loves being involved in her kids' sports and activities. In her free time, Jessica enjoys traveling to national parks across the country, spending time with family at the farm, reading, pheasant hunting, doing CrossFit, and running.

Melissa, Lead Dental Assistant

Melissa has been with Blackwell Dentistry since 2020. She is an expert in OSHA and runs our State-of-the-Art Sterilization Center. She attended Advanced Dental Assistant Academy where she earned her Dental Assistant Permit, CPR cert. and Radiation and Safety Cert. Melissas favorite thing about Blackwell Dentistry is her co-workers and building relationships with the patients. When not in the office, Melissa can be found cooking (she loves baking) or reading books.

Jessica, Dental Assistant

Jessica has been with Blackwell Dentistry as a Dental Assistant since 2020. She attended Advanced Dental Assistant Academy where she received her Dental Assistant Permit, CPR cert., and Radiation and Safety cert. Jessica is also certified in Coronal Polishing, Sealants Application, and will be attending Nitrous Oxide Administration courses in 2022. What Jessica enjoys most about Blackwell Dentistry; “I love the family atmosphere. I love how we all work well together, and that we can be friends outside of work. We have a great boss and management! I also love building relationships with our patients.” When not in the office you can find Jessica hanging out with her friends and family, watching scary movies with her children (Noah, Elijah, Jeremiah), shopping, eating out, or making Tik-toks (follow her @jessicahand55).

Amanda, Claims Coordinator

Amanda grew up in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, and graduated high school in 2010. Shortly after she moved to Oklahoma, where she has been working and building her career for the past 12 years.

Amanda's favorite part about working at Blackwell Dentistry is knowing that patients receive the very best dental care while also having their insurance handled smoothly and efficiently. She takes pride in making the financial and insurance process stress-free. Over the years, she has built meaningful relationships with many wonderful patients and works alongside an incredible team that has truly become like family.

She is a proud graduate of Blackwell Leadership 2024 and values being actively involved in the community she serves.

Outside of work, Amanda is a proud mom who loves spending time with her child. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing golf, and making memories with her family.

Nichole

Nichole grew up in Ponca City, Oklahoma and has been part of the Blackwell Dentistry team for seven years. She loves the relationships she builds with patients—especially seeing familiar faces, watching families grow, and being part of a team that truly cares about the community. Nichole is also involved in the community through Blackwell Leadership 2025. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, watching crime documentaries, and spending time supporting her three kids—Jordyn, Paige, and Cru—at their sporting events (Go Tonkawa Bucs!)

Cassandra

Cassandra grew up in Tonkawa, Oklahoma and earned her high school diploma before beginning her career in dentistry. She enjoys learning new things at Blackwell Dentistry, helping wherever needed, and loves seeing patients get their smiles back. Outside of work, Cassandra lives on a farm where she cares for a variety of animals including horses, a longhorn, sheep, ducks, cats, and dogs. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, reading books, and riding horses.

Stormi

Stormi grew up in Blackwell, Oklahoma and attended the Advanced Dental Assistant Academy where she is certified in CPR and Radiation & Safety. She’s been part of the Blackwell Dentistry team since 2023 and her favorite part is knowing she can impact patients’ life in a positive way. Outside of the office, Stormi enjoys cooking, working in her yard, and spending time and making memories with her family!

Mari

Mari grew up in Blackwell, Oklahoma and graduated from Blackwell High School in 2010. She later attended Advanced Dental Academy in 2020 and is currently enrolled at NOC pursuing an Arts and Science major. Mari enjoys helping serve and care for the community through her work at Blackwell Dentistry and is involved locally in two Blackwell book clubs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her spouse, Ryan, their four kids, and their German Shepherd, especially while attending kids’ activities and enjoying the outdoors together.

Brooke

Brooke was born and raised in Blackwell, Oklahoma. She graduated from Blackwell High School in 2015 and later earned her degree from Bates Technical College in Tacoma, Washington in 2019. Brooke joined the practice in August 2020 and loves working with such a friendly team where she feels comfortable talking with everyone. Outside of the office, Brooke’s pride and joy is her son, Waylon, and she also considers her mom her best friend. In her free time, she enjoys playing mini golf and dreams of traveling the world.

Natalie

Natalie grew up in Tonkawa, Oklahoma and has been part of the Blackwell Dentistry team since 2023. Her favorite part about working at Blackwell Dentistry is connecting with patients and helping them achieve the smile of their dreams. Outside of the office, Natalie enjoys kayaking, reading, and spending time with her family!

Genesis

Genesis was born in El Paso, Texas and moved to Blackwell about ten years ago. She graduated from Blackwell High School in 2023 and is currently attending NOC. Genesis enjoys working with children and values being part of a supportive team alongside the assistants, doctors, and hygienists while helping care for patients. Outside of work, she loves staying active by going to the gym, running, and playing pickleball with friends. She also enjoys spending time with her two-year-old son, Reese.

Macy

Macy grew up in Blackwell, Oklahoma, and brings a strong sense of teamwork and positivity to Blackwell Dentistry. She has been with the practice for nearly two years and enjoys staying busy while helping create a great experience for both patients and her team.

Macy is passionate about giving back to her community and has been involved in delivering meals to the elderly.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family. She enjoys fishing, watching her kids swim at the river, and making the most of time together at home, where she also cares for her chickens and her cat, Heda.
